McCoy's is pleased to announce a wine dinner featuring some of France and Spain's most delicious and eclectic wines. We had the envious job of dipping into Eric Solomon's incredible catalog to select these wines, and the corresponding menu promises to be memorable. Contact for reservations. The wine - Apricots and honey, citrus and a huge, floral nose. Crisp and delicate, medium bodied, fresh with a long finish
The food - Housemade flat bread with aged Spanish Manchego cheese, blueberry compote, quince paste & honeycrisp apple

Burgans Albarino
The wine – Pineapple, mango & pomegranate notes, white flowers and citrus zest
The food - Paella with butter poached shrimp, Spanish chorizo and roasted bell pepper sauce

The wine – Oaky, jammy and rich with rich flavors of plum, date and minerals
The food - Pork & duck liver pave (puff pastry stuffed with meats, fruit, cheese, dates & spice)

The wine – Smoky notes wind in and out of dark flavors of black cherry, cassis &, I swear, bacon
The food - Seared pork belly with braised white beans, carrots, parsnips, celery root & kale chip

The wine – Sweet & sparkly with lots of raspberry, strawberry and cranberry and a drier finish

We're going Pacific Northwest for our next beer dinner with Bend, Oregon's Deschutes Brewing! One of the founding fathers of the craft beer movement in the northwest, Deschutes has contributed to the explosion of not only content but quality in today's craft beer market. The hard part wasn't picking the beers for this dinner, it was having to pass on anything! Contact for reservations. Credit card required, $50 per person.
