Time to put a wrap on the 2014 beer dinner season! Founders, from Grand Rapids, Michigan, brought us a big, beefy lineup to play with, and Brian and Nate didn't disappoint. Their newest beer, Dark Penance Imperial Black IPA makes its McCoy's debut, along with Backwoods Bastard and several other little lovelies as you can see in the menu below. All Day IPA (4.7% abv, 42 ibu)
Mulligatawny soup garnished with toasted coconut

Centennial IPA (7.2% abv, 65 ibu)
Pan seared scallop with grilled mango, mache, frisee & pineapple grapefruit vinaigrette

Breakfast Stout (8.3% abv, 60 ibu)
Toad-in-the-hole with brioche bread, egg, bacon dust & sausage gravy

Dark Penance Imperial Black IPA (8.9 abv, 100 ibu)
Slow braised beef short ribs with melted leeks, aged gouda polenta cakes & parsnip puree

Backwoods Bastard Bourbon Barrel Aged Scotch Ale (10.2 abv, 50 ibu)
Figgy pudding with warm rum caramel sauce & vanilla whipped cream
